Right now I have a garden the size of a six-bus garage. :) I think that when we get to be in your situation, we'll try raised beds as well!

Another advantage, besides no hoeing and tilling, is that compost would only need to be spread over a very little bit of garden. The soil fertility should increase a lot, right?

Every time I plant something new in one of the squares, I am suppose to put a scoop of compost in and stir it up a bit. That is all! It should be easy to keep this garden healthy :).
