Your blog is one of my favorites because of the photos and the knowledge you share about astronomy and farm life. I visit often (several times a week) and am always glad that I did. One of your photos is on my desktop (the Sylvestor-like cat peeping around the door). Thank you for sharing your life and knowledge in such a kind and gentle way.

Google Reader brings me here. I like reading about your life -- kitties, the farm, motherhood, homeschooling -- and you have such lovely photographs. I don't know that I enjoy one blog post more than another.

I come because we adore you and your family and love seeing what you're up to. The kids still ask if the next time you're through, we'll be able to have you at the house for supper. (John's been working on "outdoor cooking skills" for Scouts, and I think he wants to show off. lol.) So, you know, standing invitation!

Your educational posts (both homeschooling, and self-education, such as astronomy) encourage me. Your farm life posts make me want to get the cross-fencing up and get going on this place. Your kitty posts make James' day! (He reads your blog, and Bethany's - he gets such a kick out of both.)

I come at least twice a week and catch up over coffee in the morning. I'd comment more, but the extra verification steps sometimes make it hard b/c I've got Jase in my lap and only one hand to type with. I know. I'm lazy. And uncoordinated. How pathetic is that? I'm sorry, and I will endeavor to do better.

Your blogging, however, should just be an extension of you - what you want to share, and how you enjoy sharing it. There will always be someone who enjoys seeing you do what you do, as you do so many wonderful things!

Well, I think Dy said it far more beautifully than I could- can I just say Ditto? The wonderful photography, the stories of life on a farm, the way you so optimistically describe the ups and downs of your daily life, the educational posts- all of it is why I stop in about twice a week.

I visit your blog daily. I love the photos you take of your farm and your kitties. I often use one of your kitty photos as my desktop wallpaper for the week. :-) I enjoy reading about what you're learning. Have a lovely day!

Jean - I visit at least every few days, and I've linked to you from my blog. On my blog, I advertise you as having "amazing photographs" and it's true! You do! :)

I really like the pictures of the animals - you have such a great eye. I also like the blog posts on projects you do.

Your blog is never preachy, always uplifting, and very peaceful. I love visiting!

I think I can ditto pretty much all that is written above my post. You are such a place of warmth and comfort. I want to be your neighbor and sit on your deck watching the sky with you. I am here pretty much every day unless I am not at home or the electricity or cable is out!

I read your blog once a week or so (more if I have more time). I enjoy all your posts - my boys love the kitty pictures! I like astronomy and the farm posts as well as your thoughts on homeschooling & parenting.

I read your blog because I grew up on a small Wisconsin dairy farm. I enjoy the animal pictures. I also like that you are a Christian and from what I can gather a Lutheran as I am. It is hard to find good family principles and Christian values today. Thank you.

Your homeschool posts brought me here originally. I'm not a kitty fan (sorry) but I enjoy the pictures anyway. I learn a bit about astronomy and see what's going on in your rural life. We live in the country, too, about 400 miles south of you, so I enjoy seeing the similarities and the differences. Your posts about your faith are always encouraging and uplifting. I visit at least once a week.

Blessings,

Sandy

I found you via Needleroozer and Dy's blogs. I love your farm life sharing and photographs. Adore those critters and farms scenes. My husband was born in Wisconsin (Oconto Falls), a favorite Aunt and Uncle had a dairy farm, and we visit regularly, your blog feels like a bit of family connection. Lovely writing, optimistic flavor, thanks for sharing.

Create a great day,
