I will hope for mended relations

I will watch for repentance

I will offer forgiveness

I will pray for grace

Preparation Time: Advent

 

 

Chopped, hauled, split, and stacked--

ready for the cold days of winter.

Pine boughs, hanging low, cut off and placed...

 

On the lamp post.

 

The Paw Warmer

 

Fluffy Boy:

"I love you, Mom!

I'm lying in front of you.

Wash my face!

Mom?

MOM?"

Mama Kitty:

"I'm so weary.

Later, big guy;

I simply want to warm my toes by the fire.

But, well...

You're one of  my last kittens.

Sigh.

Even if you are bigger than I am...

I love this time of year--

A time of preparation,

A time of celebration,

A time of family together.
